Shopping and checkout
To order items, follow these steps:
1. Click on the red 'ORDER ME' button under your desired item.
2. If you want to continue shopping for more click on the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button from the order window. But if you have decided you want to checkout just click on the 'SUBMIT ORDER' button from the order window.
3. Enter in your personal contact information.
4. Upon checking out your shopping cart, a JS Creations sales representative will contact you with the quotation of prices for the items in your cart. At this point, you may order other items over the phone.

Or, you can track your order directly from the shipping company. Follow these steps:
1. Request for your tracking number from any JS Creations customer service personnel.
2. Depending on which shipping company was used, you can use your tracking number to check your order from either UPS or FEDEX.

What kind of Metal do you use?
All our merchandise are 18k Gold. We use pink gold, white gold, yellow gold and tone combination. We also use 14k if it is requested. For other requests just inform our sales representative and we will customize it for you.
What is the quality of your diamonds?
Our diamonds are princess cut with SI1 clarity and color grade of G.
You can cancel your order before your transaction is finalized with our sales representative, by informing us with any means thru our "CONTACT US" page.
If incase you have already finalized the transaction with our sales representative, although your payment will not be refunded the amount paid will be credited to your account with JS Creations, Inc.
How long does it take to process my order?
You can receive your order as soon as 3 days or as long as 2 weeks depending on the item availability.
If the item ordered is currently in-stock then your order can be processed and delivered within 3 days. If the item is not available it can take up to 2 weeks to process and deliver your order.
For customized items it can take up to 2 weeks, depending on the degree of customization, the processing required and the actual delivery of your order.
How will you deliver my order?
Orders will be delivered for FREE thru UPS© United Parcel Service of America, Inc or FEDEX©
Free delivery only applies for orders within the United States of America.
Orders will be insured for FREE if delivered within the United States of America. Otherwise, all other deliveries will have their appropriate charges.

What are your payment policies?
Payments must be received before any orders are delivered. Check payments shall be encashed before delivery.
At this time, Our Company accepts payment by manager's check, money order, or wire transfer. Please "CONTACT US" to arrange payment by wire transfer.
We have activated our PayPal account and we are now ready to accept credit card payments thru our paypal account.

Do you always have your items in stock?
Most of our products are custom made. Because of the great deals we offer, many of our products sell out very quickly. To avoid missing out on our featured items, we encourage you to act quickly. But don't worry we can always manufacture it for you.

JS CREATIONS.com will accept the return of new undamaged merchandise that has not been special ordered, worn, sized or otherwise used.
Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

The product is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any exchanges or credits. All products returned for exchange or credit must be unblemished and must have the security tag still attached; otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted for exchange or credit.
